Disbursement Status

Creedo provides various disbursement statuses to track transactions effectively. Below is a breakdown of each status and what it signifies:

disbursement_pending​

  • The disbursement process has initiated, but not yet completed it.

on_queue​

  • The disbursement has been started and is currently on queued under the disbursement channel.

on_hold​

  • The disbursement is temporarily placed on hold due to additional verification or fraud checks.

suspended​

  • The disbursement has been temporarily suspended due to security concerns, risk factors, or policy violations.

failed​

  • The disbursement has been temporarily suspended due to limit issue, invalid account number, or locked account.
  • The disbursement has been successfully completed and confirmed.
  • The funds have been sent, and the transaction is finalized.

❌ Failed Status: failed, suspended
